Delphinium Haus
A 4-bedroom Norton Commons retreat with its own Bourbon Lounge
Welcome to Delphinium Haus — a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Norton Commons, Prospect, Kentucky, a walkable, New Urbanist neighborhood just north of Louisville. Sleeping up to 10 guests across four uniquely designed suites, the house is built for groups who want room to spread out: a first-floor primary suite, a dedicated Bourbon Lounge with an 85" TV and wet bar, a gas fireplace living area, and a covered patio with a fire pit for evenings outside. It's a natural home base for Derby and Oaks week, Bourbon Trail basecamps, wedding parties and family reunions, youth-sports and tournament teams, and business travelers who want more privacy and more space than a hotel room.
Norton Commons puts you roughly 20–25 minutes (traffic-dependent) from Churchill Downs, the Kentucky Exposition Center, downtown Louisville, and Bourbon & Beyond — close enough for an easy trip in, far enough for a quiet night's sleep.
